Inquests Held for Kinsman and Melrose Fatalities
Judge Pettengill completed the Malden inquest into Ehiel N. Kinsman killed Oct. 12 by a train on the Boston and Maine line. The body lay between Main and Ferry streets after the collision. A second inquest examined Florence Bary, killed by a freight train at Melrose last April with witnesses saying gates were down and the child on a side track. The judge will report findings in a week.
