Boston Arraigns Man On Murder Indictment
Rocco Benninati, just released from a larceny sentence in Cranston Louisiana, was brought to Boston yesterday to face an indictment charging that he shot and killed Philipp Mucilli of Greenough Lane during a tard game last January. He is to be arraigned in Superior Criminal Court today.
