Girl Spanks Boy Then He Dies in Zion City
In Zion City a 9 year old boy Willie Cameron was whipped by Esther Otterbacher 16 and Eddie McDougal 16 after he hurled names and stones. He fell, returned home, grew ill and died without a doctor. An inquest will determine cause of death as authorities subpoena the two youths.
