Repudiates claims of actress in breach of promise suit

Sherman L. Whipple says no papers have been filed in the breach of promise case against Lawrence Mott, a Harvard sophomore, after a New York despatch alleged a $25,000 suit by actress Christina Marsh. Mott, his wife, and child reside on Langdon Street in Cambridge. he calls the reports an outrage and says he knows nothing of the matter. No papers have been filed in New York according to a Post report.

Woman Drowned as Fishing Boat Capsizes in Harbor
