In Superior Court at Middlesex Oct 31 under Chief Justice Brigham George Wilson of Lowell was found guilty of attempting to pick Dora Healy's pocket and fined or rather sentenced to state prison for three years and six months. James H Milton of Lowell pleaded guilty to breaking and entering Illiam Livingston office and given three years in state prison. Edward J Kelly for assault on officer received 13 months in the house of correction. Margaret Riley of Lowell escaped from the Lowell workhouse and given six months in the house of correction after prior sentence. Mary McMahon of Lowell common drunkard sentenced to one year in jail. John Hayes of Lowell pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and got two years in the house of correction. Norick E This court adjourned until Wednesday morning next at 10 o clock due to the annual state election.
