Company to acquire Shaffer interests and State Lands Oil, 7000 acres, 4000+ barrels daily, refinery 6000 barrels daily, 508 tank cars, 2 5,000 barrel tanks, 152 miles of pipelines, 40 stations. After financing, about 4,000,000 cash in treasury. Net earnings past 3 years average over four times max interest. 1918 earnings 3,898,878, over five times interest.
