Tests and Testimonies on Beer Strength and Drinking Limits

Dr Rosewater and other New York doctors testified it is scientifically impossible to intoxicate a person with the beer in question, citing a 2.75 percent alcohol content and stomach capacity. A test let 19 men drink 15 bottles with police surgeons deeming them sober, while most drinkers had long histories of alcohol use. Civil leaders praise clergy, call for universal healthcare, education for the young, and church leadership in postwar reconstruction, warning against Bolshevism and capitalist excess.
