Reverend William Howe 93 Celebrated Cambridge Birthday

Cambridge clergyman Reverend William Howe 1D. D. aged 93 celebrated his birthday at home on Massachusetts Avenue with many visitors including Cambridge's mayor. Widening Chelsea Draw Prompts Hearing On Cost

The Board of Estimate and Apportionment heard Henry M. Whitney and Chelsea officials about Whitney's offer of 400 toward widening the north draw of Chelsea bridge to 75 feet. Zebulah Hancox, 89, a well known Stonmerton character, died yesterday. A lifelong fisherman, he lived as a recluse and was often sought by summer visitors. Local lore cites a youthful love disappointment as a cause for his reclusive life. He amassed considerable property.
