CYCLERS announces a campaign to stop imposition on buyers of cheap wheels by offering reliable bicycles at low prices. The program partners with four major U S bicycle makers to supply stock with reputations intact. The Lovell Diamond, Lovell Excel, Lion and Lioness lines are highlighted among a broad wheel selection.
In a Boston street department fraud trial, prosecution witnesses from the paying division appeared pliable for the defense. John L. The schooner Isaac Collins arrived at Provincetown reporting two missing crewmen, Peter Oliver and Antonio Thomas, from a crew of sixteen who departed May 17 to set trawls and vanished in fog.
The Boston elevated rail bill moved to a third reading after a long vote session. Key changes reduce fare duration to twenty years, allow lease and operation of the West End, and require seven miles of track in three years with a tunnel to East Boston.
