In Tralee Ireland May 23 a brother of John Goodwin a pilot arrested last week by British authorities for alleged Casement landing links was taken into custody again. The man, also a pilot, is believed to have aided Sir Roger Casement in attempting to land arms for Sinn Fein. A telegram from the Mayor of Ascencion to General Gavira in Juarez accuses American troops of depredations and fortifying occupied property. He says Pershing’s forces violated the Carranza Washington accord and acted hostile to Carranza supporters. Gavira forwarded the complaint to General Trevino in Chihuahua.
