Catherine Cecelia Sullivan sister of the late Rev. James T. Sullivan and aunt of Rev. Ambrose F. Roadice died this morning at the parochial residence of St. Marys Church West Quincy. Funeral arrangements to be announced for Saturday morning.
Idaho trial scene centers on Harry Orchard who pledges to testify against Haywood. He claims he placed the Steunenberg bomb and asserts the assassination was planned by Moyer Haywood and Pettibone. Orchard says he seeks no immunity and is ready to die for his revelations.

U S secret service agents shadow the suspect as plans for moving 40 Chinese aboard a Newfoundland coast schooner to Canadian ports unfold with offers of cash and rations and later larger sums for transshipment to an American yacht and landing on American soil.
