Liquor raids seize beer and whiskey across multiple streets

Sunday saw broad liquor seizures as officers confiscated lager beer, whiskey, and wine from numerous residences and businesses including 23 Crescent place and 62 Melrose street. Involved are names such as Marky Kelly, John McCarthy, Ellen Sleggal, Ellen Whalen, Louis Bevilland, Daniel Thaw, Annie Stack, Mrs. Sullivan, Ellen Hoey, Keenan, James Robertson, James Stevens, Catherine Brown, William Reardon, Silas L Crowell, Minnie Greer, and others in divisions 1 3 and 5. Two individuals were taken into custody for fornication.
