Patrol Wagon Struck by Surface Car. Officer Severely Injured

A patrol wagon from the Lagrange Street station was struck by a surface car near 11 last night while responding to a call from the South station. Patrolman Charles M. Adams was thrown from the wagon and suffered a fractured right arm a dislocated wrist a scalp wound a sprained leg and a general shaking up.
