Copper Output in Butte District Falls in April
In Butte Montana the April copper output eased from March levels but not sharply, with 25 640 090 pounds produced from 33 500 tons of ore. The Boston Montana plant was shut two days due to a machinists strike. A railcar shortage persists as Great Northern rerouted 200 cars to the Lake country for open season work. The April distribution follows.
