Dorchester Accident Facts Asserted by Local Resident

A letter from Fred'k. R. Jenkins of Boston dated April 29 1846 disputes Milton Hill's account of a Dorchester accident. He clarifies he witnessed a woman in the road believed intoxicated and notified nearby to seek aid while stressing no one in the house knew of the incident until informed by the injured man. He rebuts claims that he and others knew of the accident beforehand or that the woman was moved by others.
