Plan to Amend League Draft

Paris March 19 The American delegation plans to accept a limited number of amendments to the League of Nations covenant. Secretary Lansing will preside over a meeting of neutral delegates to hear views on the situation. A sub-committee of Bourgeois Cecil Vene zilos Hymans House Vesnitch will meet neutral representatives for discussion.

Lodge denounces Wilson on League covenant in Symphony Hall

United States Senator Henry Cabot Lodge harshly criticizes President Wilson for not consulting the Senate on the League of Nations covenant. Bouquet for Mrs Wilson at French AYWCAs hostel

Mrs Wilson visited the French hostel of the American Young Women's Christian Association in Paris. She was greeted by hundreds of French girls from the ministry of munitions who presented her with a bouquet of red white and blue flowers. One girl spoke English to make the presentation.
