Charles S. Stzelecki known as Charles S. Lecky, a Polish youth, earned a notorious reputation by burgling scores of Boston homes and stealing thousands in silver, jewelry, and bric a brac. Desperado Sam Pine Convicted in White Plains
Sam Pine, released from Connecticut State Prison after fourteen years for burglary, was rearrested and tried in White Plains New York, convicted of highway robbery, and sentenced by Judge Lent to twenty years in Sing Sing.
