Harry Haight 40 of Newark New Jersey, a controller for Atlantic and Pacific Tea, is dying at City Hospital from burns suffered earlier today in his room at Copley Plaza Hotel. Police suspect he fell asleep smoking and a cigar or cigarette ignited the upholstery.

Hamood Solomon, 40, of 108 Addison Street, Fast Boston, died yesterday afternoon by hanging himself from a closet door in his bedroom. Police say the death appears to be a suicide. no foul play is suspected at this time.
John Duval Dodge youthful millionaire failed to halt a five day sentence in Recorder's Court for speeding. Circuit Judge Jayne denied a habeas corpus writ and Dodge was sent back to the house of correction. Dodge plans another writ filing. Rex Heart of Kalamazoo also faced charges after a Sunday Kalmazoo auto ride injuring a student. He pleaded guilty to intoxication and paid fines. Dodge faces further Kalamazoo proceeding on a drunk driving and liquor transport charge with bond set at seven thousand dollars.
