Abram L. Beavers former cashier of the First National Bank of Highbridge New Jersey pleaded guilty and was sentenced in Trenton to five years in the federal Atlanta prison for embezzling seventy nine thousand dollars from his bank.

Six society women receive permission to ride in Fort Meyer’s musical cavalry drill to aid the Young Men’s Christian Association.
