A heavy snow storm began this morning in Kansas City and continues this afternoon. Indications point to a continuance and development into a full blizzard. Despatches from Kansas indicate the storm is statewide with a cold wave from the east.
A 25 year old man, H L Miller, appeared before Judge Reed in the District Court at Attleboro charged with stealing stock from Ellis Livsey & Brown. He pleaded guilty and the case was sent to the grand jury. The incident may reveal important details. Miller comes from a respectable family.
The bequest of the late Ralph Butterfield of Kansas City arrives in Hanover with a valuable fossil and geological collection and $200,000 to Dartmouth. The items will be housed in Culver Hall Museum until the Butterfield building is completed.
