Man Charged After Stabbing in Manchester

Anastiles J. Theodorou of 30 Sage Avenue was arrested on March 13 for assaulting Herman Wenzell of 30 Second Street with a knife. Wenzell remains listed as dangerous at the hospital with a stab wound to the shoulder and lung. The incident followed a street quarrel, with Theodorou reportedly defending himself as the attacker. Railroads Clash Over Arbitration Withdrawal Denied

New York March 13 The Toledo St Louis and Western railroad denied right to withdraw from arbitration between firemen and 54 eastern roads.
