Orlando Lewis of Winthrop Massachusetts claims 2500 shares in Woodward Manufacturing with offices in Saco and Boston. He filed in US Circuit Court for an equity bill seeking book inspection a receiver and a restraining order to stop officers from disposing of assets during the suit. He alleges officers have not held annual meetings for two years denied access to books and mismanaged property.
