Linehan Freed on Bail After Lumber Fraud Allegations

After three days in jail on default of 5000 bail ex State Senator Frank J Linehan was released at 9 45 PM. Bonds posted by Patrick J Sullivan of 1218 Washington Street and Joseph Scholl of Chelsea. He is charged as a party to alleged lumber frauds accused of robbing the city.
