Gardner March 10 Michael A Sullivan, 55, after failing to enter his sons room with an axe attacked them through a locked door. The father then used a 82 caliber revolver, shooting son Michael in the breast. He surrendered to Deputy Nichols and faces a morning hearing. The other son is in critical condition. The incident stems from ongoing family troubles.
President Tucker and Dartmouth trustees met with faculty committees to discuss building improvements and an enhanced water supply.
