Sharp Decline in London Market Touches Copper and Gas
The London market remained bearish on Monday March 4 offsetting Congress adjournment gains. Downturns hit St Paul earnings and Rock Island January results, while copper steadied at 934 cents with improved demand from large buyers. Gas stocks fell, Bay State Gas injunction moved to New York, and Merced Gold showed small trades.
