John D. Rockefeller said he would wait to see what actions would be taken and stressed that whatever occurs will not harm anyone. The remarks were made last night.
Senate bill introduced by Senator Gallinger to incorporate the Rockefeller foundation in Washington. The bill directs a general philanthropic organization under judiciary committee review. John D. Rockefeller is expected to endow the foundation with much of his wealth.
The bill lists John J. Rockefeller, John D. Rockefeller Jr., Fred ST Gates, Starr J Murphy and Charles 0 Heydt as incorporators authorized to select associates not exceeding 5. They must never be fewer than five. The Rockefeller Foundation aims to promote well being and civilization in the United States and possessions, advance knowledge, prevent and relieve suffering, and disseminate human knowledge abroad.
East Boston residents Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Eb. Clouter wed at a London Street home and escaped would be kidnappers in a taxi pursuit. The couple rode to South Station and booked a New York train before conspirators could catch them. Margina Dauphinee, the bride, and Joseph Clouter attended as siblings accompanied the couple.

Miss Viola Curry eighteen, shot in the chest at her Pottsville home by Thomas Hurst of Ashland, brother of baseball umpire Tim Hurst. Hurst, reportedly struck with a stove lifter during a dispute over rent, is held as the girl remains in critical condition at Miners Hospital awaiting developments.
In East Cambridge Probate Court the Russell for tune claimant faced William C. Russell of Melrose. Across a tense cross examination the men studied each other, noting eye color forehead shape and hand size while denying other points of resemblance. The moment ended with a grip as Williams compared hands before withdrawing.
In Cambridge probate court Mrs. Lillian Glover testified that Sergeant Currin of the Waltham police brought news of her husband being shot last November. She described her shock and confusion, and recounted Currin’s remarks about a shooting in the laundry and her identification.
Mrs Glover recounts running with a sergeant to a hospital where Dr Frederick L MacDonald and Dr Cousens assisted her after she asked to see her husband. She felt faint, was helped to a Morris chair, and spoke with a stranger about hunting trips while her husband died upstairs.
