New Haven Stockholders Set April Meeting on Charter Amendments
New Haven March 2 It is announced that a special meeting of the stockholders of the New York New Haven Hartford railroad will be held April 4 at 11 a m to consider a resolution amending the charter and any related acts. Leases of the Old Colony Berkshire Stockbridge Pittsfield and West Stockbridge railroads to the NYNH Hartford will be submitted for approval for ninety nine year terms.
