French aviator flies 217 miles at 117 mph
Paris report Maurice Prevost, the aviator, completed a straight flight of 217 miles at 117 miles per hour. On a recent circular course he covered 8012 miles at 11 1/2 miles an hour average. The course was 613 miles in length.
