Dora Goodman a 16 year old from Lowell Street Worcester formerly of Worcester sued Samuel Miller of Tremont Street Boston in Suffolk Superior Court for breach of promise to marry. The plaintiff alleges Miller promised to wed in June last year and failed to keep the oath. Rabbi and Mrs Spritz of East Boston testified to a signed agreement by Miller. Trial resumed this morning at 1 30.
