Death by own action at Franklin Park Funeral Bridge
An unknown painter, about 85, 5 foot 8, 150 pounds with sandy hair, killed himself at Funeral Bridge in Franklin Park by slashing his wrists and shooting himself in the head. Police officer heard two shots near the bridge and found the body with a revolver and empty cartridges. The body was taken to City Hospital morgue as investigators sought identity.
