Newcastle New Brunswick June 18 Saturday the Canada Eastern railway between Blacksville and Doaktown halted six miles from Doaktown as army worms swarmed the track. A million insects covered a four inch deep mass for a mile forcing train crews to shovel and sand the rails before passage. Trees in the area were stripped of leaves.
