The 1898 fleet led by Admiral Sampson is due in Boston Harbor about 6 o clock this afternoon to join the celebration of Bunker Hill. The New York Massachusetts Indiana and Texas sail from Newport to take part in the naval demonstration with veterans recalling the Spanish American War actions. Seaman Harrison Oliver Found Dead Near Warren Bridge
The body of 28 year old seaman Harrison Oliver of Lynn was found floating near Warren bridge after going missing when the schooner Emma F. Chase towed past the bridge. Police moved the body to North Grove street morgue. Oliver's home was 812 Western Avenue, Lynn. The hawser from the schooner to the tug parted, causing him to fall overboard.

Pennsylvania Democrats Name Mestrezat and Others for Courts
On the twenty eighth ballot Judge Stephen L. Mestrezat was nominated for the state Supreme Court. Charles F. Riley of Williamsport was named for Superior Court judge, and William E. Creasy of Columbia was chosen for State treasurer by acclamation as the Democratic convention adjourned sine die.

Four Escape From Manchester Jail by Larceny Suspects
Four young inmates Arthur Thomas William Godbout Louis Jacques and Joseph Bouchamp escaped from the Manchester New Hampshire county jail this afternoon between 430 and 6 oclock. They cut a window bar through a rusting framework and fled into the yard behind a twelve foot high fence. Bouchamp had duties as a landing boy and may have aided the break. Turnkey Michael Ryans oversight failed to detect the escape. This marks only the third jail break in twenty two years. the prior escape occurred July 10 1898 when six men fled.

Explosion at Music Hall in Quincy causes alarm
A lamp exploded in the basement of the Music Hall building during a City Hospital fair, filling the upper floors with smoke. No one was hurt. Damage included 1000 dollars to John H. Gillis and 2000 dollars to Quincy Clothing Company for goods in an adjoining storeroom.
