Boston clerk Brady pleads not guilty in mail theft case

James N. Brady a clerk in the Boston post office inquiry department appeared before US Commissioner Fiske to answer a mail theft charge. He pleaded not guilty and received a continuance to June 14 with $1000 bail. He expressed confidence in proving his innocence and showed no obvious trial anxiety.
