In court tomorrow the woman states she bought the home from Baxter, learned of 35 to 40 dogs, and suffers loss of peace due to constant barking. She seeks relief claiming the dogs’ howling and yowling constitute an abnormal use of the premises and have driven away a prospective buyer.
