Girl's Papa Fires at Suitor Near Maryville
In St Joseph Missouri on June 2 Owen Logan a young Arkoenne stockman was shot fatally by Jesse Walker as he called on Miss Walker at her Maryville home. Logan died after Walker fired a shotgun at him at the gate. Walker surrendered and awaits jail. Logan is a nephew of Sheriff Collins.
