Allied forces push from northeast to Seine region with Weil reaching north of Fere-en-Tardenois and Sergy while scouts advance near Soissons and Rheims, despite German resistance. ScotlandYard troops report progress as front lines shift in the Rheims sector.
American troops, after a morning pause, renewed their advance on the Aisne Marne front. German attacks shifted the line repeatedly near Sergy as U S forces pressed the advantage and held the northern bank position.
British troops enter south of Soissons as wedges push east toward the Ourcq river. French and American units cross the Ourcq and extend lines northward while allied forces swing from wooded areas to the plains southwest of Rheims, despite strong German counter maneuvers.

Tele graaf says tetanus has broken out to a serious extent in the German army. The Netherlands Export Company will send a large consign ment of anti tetanus serum to Germany.
The Commons rejected a motion to condemn government policy and urged a home settlement under Prime Minister Asquith. The debate focused on home rule and constitutional questions with no immediate agreement reached.
