Gaelic School Session Chooses Squantum for Aug 26
The Gaelic School at 1151 Washington Street held a session yesterday afternoon led by P J O Daly and George Finneran. A general meeting followed with reports on selecting a site for an acridheadd and the vote settled on Squantum for Sunday August 26. Patrick Casey of Malden sang a number and Lane of Philo Cell Society spoke on the Irish age movement. The meeting announced next Sunday’s debate would be in Irish and open to all Irish speakers outside the school.
