Borah Finishes Closing in Haywood Trial in Boise

Senator Borah concluded his closing argument for the state at 7 20 tonight in Boise. The jury is expected to receive the case by noon tomorrow. Judge Wood will begin charging at 10 tomorrow morning and is not expected to take more than two hours. Armored Boston Armenian Man Says He Carries Revolver

Arrest of Cousins Before Commissioner Hayes

Deputy Ruhl of Marshal Darling's office arrested Cousins who was arraigned before Commissioner Hayes and held in 2500 bail for the next grand jury session.
