Taxicab knocks down two women on Washington Street
Late last night a taxicab struck two women crossing Washington Street at Oak Street. Mrs Ethel French, 28, of 2308 Washington Street, suffered minor injuries and was sent home after treatment. Mrs Edith McGregor, 23, of 124 Pembroke Street, was only slightly hurt and aided to her residence. The taxi driver was named Claude Skillings of the Taxi Service Company.

Mystery Malden Girl Identified as Mary Cummings
A 14 year old girl found wandering Revere Beach on Sunday morning was identified as Mary Cummings of Malden. Daughter of Mr and Mrs Ralph Cummings of 91 Franklin Street Malden she had been sent on an errand Saturday afternoon and then vanished. She was found with a young man on Revere Beach early Sunday.
