Seek Magic Bail Jumper Robert H Sinclair
Robert H Sinclair alias H Robert Moore is wanted in Oakland California for larceny of 700. He defaulted bail in police court last Monday and is being sought statewide by Boston police inspectors. District Attorney Pelletier filed suit on sureties from Mrs Valleta Thelan Newton. Police say Sinclair posed as a spiritualist teacher and used a so called magic process to defraud Walter H Bentzen and wife of 700. He moved to Fal mouth street Boston after leaving Oakland where he once ran a palmistry parlor on Tremont. Oakland Captain Charles Bock traveled over 3000 miles to arrest him. Sinclair was arrested June 24 by Inspector O Loughlin.
