The Pope Manufacturing Company has paid three $50 rewards for bicycle thieves in Brooklyn Dubuque and San Francisco. Walter Kickham got three years and three months in Kings County Penitentiary for stealing a Columbia. John Lense served thirty days for a Model 34 theft. In San Francisco two men were caught selling a stolen wheel and received six months in the penitentiary. This brings total rewards this year to fourteen.
