A Suffolk county medical examiner appointment remains pending as Governor Walsh reviews a long list of charges against Dr. George B. Magrath. The grand jury involvement underscores ongoing scrutiny and uncertainty over the reap pointment.

Reed, Charles H. Crane, Herbert C. Joyner, George W. Higgins for various posts.
Mrs Laura Cook Corey widow of William Ellis Corey ex president of the United States Steel Corp marries Glenn Duckworth a wealthy music dealer of New York City. The wedding announcement reaches her friends in Pittsburg on July 15.
Newlywed couple sails to Europe on their honeymoon after a New York wedding last Friday. Mrs. Corey's friends learned of the marriage only from announcement cards. The former Mrs. Corey, now married to W. E. Corey and later to Mabelle Gilman, has led a quiet life in Swissvale and left town weeks ago.
