A left handed man about 28, 5 feet 10, dark, clean shaven. Clothing described. tattoo of a girl on left arm. gold in front teeth. $13.60, Christian Endeavor badge, and an envelope with the note Read this carefully It may be the means of saving a man. Medical Examiner Hodgdon and the undertaker took charge.

A fire in Middleboro at the Sebator Iron and Foundry Company shops destroyed the moulding and pattern shops, leaving forty-five men unemployed. Loss estimated at 40000 dollars with 15000 dollars insured. Cause unknown.

Garment Workers Claim Breach of Weekly Pay Pact

Death by Own Action at Crescent Beach

Martin Mitchell, a Crescent Beach resident, died early yesterday from a large dose of paris green taken the previous evening with intent to commit suicide. Dr J B Morris tried to save him but failed. Mitchell, 66, long active in the milk business and owner of substantial property in his wife's name, faced a week of drinking and money troubles affecting his mind. He leaves four sons and a daughter.

Quiet at Lewiston as strike remains at half force

Lewiston Maine July 15 There is no change in the Continental Mill strike today. The mill runs with about half force. Agent Estes is in Boston. Strikers held a secret meeting with speeches by men and women of the workers. They ask the agent to post notices in the mill for a 10 percent wage increase and grade specifications. No talks occurred with mill officials today.
