Schwaar on Walnut street Newton Highlands on Oct 23 1897 The dwelling was ransacked and furniture worth over 3000 destroyed A trunk and stolen items tied to the case were found in her possession The police and fire officials continue watching her as evidence ties her to earlier vandalism at the Schwaar residence in May or June of the same year
