Boy from Middleboro Dies at Kneeland Street Station

Joseph Wing, 14, of Middleboro, Mass., arrived in Boston with his uncle yesterday afternoon and died suddenly at the New York New Haven Hartford station on Kneeland Street around 1:20. The uncle said the boy had been ill for some time.

Husband flees to Europe as wife pursues aboard Westernland

Marie Demant, of Jersey City, chased her husband Felix Demant at the New York pier noting his departure on the Westernland to Europe. She said he withdrew 350 dollars from their bank and vanished, leaving her penniless. she planned to seek arrest upon his Southampton arrival with the French consulate’s help.

Nicolaus Sues Gould Over $4000 Check in Jersey City

In New York on July 11 Justice Lippincott heard Zella Nicolaus's motion to compel a preliminary examination of George J. Gould. Jealous shooting in Huntington ends with victim dying

In Huntington West Virginia on July 11 Mrs John Overall was shot by Mrs Clarence Chaffins after detecting her husband with Mrs Overall on the leading city thoroughfare. Chaffins fired three times aboard an electric car wounding Overall in the breast and mouth before being restrained. Chaffins was arrested and Overall was taken to the St Nicholas Hotel in a dying condition.

Boston Endeavor Convention Draws Tens of Thousands of Delegates

In Boston Mechanics Hall and two large tents about twenty thousand capacity each, fifty thousand religious delegates gathered with visitors from many states and foreign lands. Governor Greenhalge welcomed the crowd with warmth as delegates filled registration booths and stood in long queues while street crowds and tented encampments reflected a city abuzz with hospitality and activity.
