Oregon & Transcontinental 6 Per Cent Bond Redemption Notice
The Oregon and Transcontinental Company plans to redeem all outstanding first mortgage trust bonds on November 1, 1890 at 105 percent plus accrued interest. A syndicate led by Drexel Morgan & Co will exchange O T bonds for Northern Pacific 5 percent gold bonds at 92 percent, with 105 percent paid for O T bonds and accrued interest credited to exchange date, available until July 15, 1890 at 23 Wall Street New York.
