Asa Robbins sentenced to six months at the house of industry for drunkenness. Charles P. Lamb pleaded guilty to larceny and was sentenced to six months at the house of correction. Municipal Courts July 6 Roundup In Central South Roxbury

In central court Judge Adams fined William Kimball ten dollars for assault and battery and Peter Barry ten dollars plus costs for the same offense. James Donavan received ten dollars and costs for assault and battery on a officer with intent to rescue a prisoner. Patrick Rogers was a third drunk given six months in the house of industry. In South Boston James McLaughlin faced six months in the house of industry for larceny and James Donahoe was held in a thousand dollars for robbery. Richard O Day was held in eight hundred dollars to answer a breaking and entering charge in superior court. In Roxbury Edward Schwartz was fined ten dollars plus costs for assault and battery while Frank Cusick was arraigned for non support of his child and held in two hundred dollars for trial next Wednesday.
