Shotting Incident In Front Window On Shawmut Avenue
William Smith, 42, of 42 Albion Street, colored, was arrested for assault and battery with a loaded revolver after firing at Frank Rowan, 15, on Shawmut Avenue. Rowan was struck in the right shoulder and taken to City Hospital. Smith claimed the shooting was accidental.
