Harris guilty of conspiracy to defraud the public by a pretend commission business at Somerville. Defense counsel indicated appeals to the supreme court and sentence was deferred. Colson and Roper bonds raised to 2000 dollars each. failure to post led to jail. Harris furnished 500 bond and is free on bail.
