Woman Held After Fatal Knife Wounding in South End

Florence Mosely, 29, of 8 Acton Street, is under arrest for murder after allegedly stabbing John Young, 52, of 7 Medford Court, in his attic room at 7 Medford Court. Young died at City Hospital at 9 02. Police say Mosely admitted recent release from Bridgewater State Hospital and denied using a knife.

Burglary Suspects Apprehended After Midnight Break-In

Three men were captured after a midnight burglary at a Boylston street store. Matthew Connolly 18 of 22% awmut avenue George Schlagel 25 of Weitz street Allston and Charles H ucas of 132 West thirty fourth street New York City fled as officers moved in. The alarm from the American District Telegraph at 60 State street alerted police who dispatched a patrol wagon. Connolly was captured after a brief struggle when he fired his revolver. The other two suspects escaped.
